This is worth to think about
- how much we are effected of the voices of the past
- how much we strive for the future
- how little we live in the present…

I mean think about it - we are all stressing around day in and day out - never stoping so smell the roses or even the coffee that stands before us.

Why is that?
- is it because we don’t have the time?
- is it because we don’t want to?
- is it because we don’t dare to?

What is it, and why is it?

Just to go to my self - I lived in the past trauma and regret and anxiety for so long that I skipped the the present and just jumped on to the future when i got the chance to let go of the past - bad move on my part i can tell you that….

I forgot my self, my passion, my family, everything in the past and didn’t stop for a moment to appreciate all that i actually hade built during the dark night of the souls time that I went through - I put it all aside just for a glimpse of something good in my life…

To do that
- makes you not appreciate the journey that you actually have gone through
- it makes you lose focus on what is important and what should be important in your life after all that work within….

You will come out in a state of more mess than you were because you lose the WHY and WHAT you have become - the journeys purpose is not important to you, and that makes you loose your self all over agin
-You might feel good for a wail but then you miss the importers of YOU and what your all about

- For me it was to become what I am today - Mindset coach and i talk to your soul through that - I give you the gift of YOU and make you realise that nothing is impossible
- I help you fall in love with your self

It took me so long to get this - to understand it may self - I was in a hurry to get to the future and all the promise that it hade to give…

I lost everything a second time because of that
- Now I know better - now I’m here to give you, that gift to become anything in your life - to get to know YOU and learn to be in the present and to find your true passion and build on that right here and NOW
