I really cannot thank him enough for giving me a space on this program as he doesn’t have many spaces and then for giving me the meal and workout plans to move forward. Complete support from day one to now, advice and changing plans up to push me further.
12 weeks ago I decided to bite the bullet and get myself out of a rut I was in. I was constantly depressed, I know some people will say but your always having the laugh and joking about. That’s true, but that just it, that’s my way of dealing with depression is to continue to joke and mess. On top of that I was 100% unhealthy, mentally and nutritionally. Ordering take away 4-5 times a week, grabbing a “quick” Mc Donald’s at lunch time, eating full giant bags of crisps with a big bar of chocolate and drinking 3-4 cans of coke or whatever other sugary goodness I could find. Basically addicted to junk food and got extremely overweight and weak. I needed to do something or I was simply signing my own death warrant and if not that it was going to be going down the road of serious medical conditions.
I literally couldn’t pick my kids up or walk the dogs without putting my back out, my motivation to do anything or go anywhere was gone. I hated being asked to do anything because I just didn’t want to go outside most of the time.
** For anyone thinking about changing their ways, my advice is do it now. Don’t wait. **
The first 2 weeks of this was the toughest, trying to change your whole day routine over night.
HERE IT IS FROM THE START **
Starting weight - 105kg
Current weight - 90.8kg
Start waist - 44”
Starting waist - 32.5”
Diet changed ✅
Mindset changed ✅
Strength improved ✅
Energy levels improved ✅
Eagle tattoo not depressed anymore ✅
Focus completely changed ✅

I’ve known Vin over 10 years but I only started training with him summer 2020. I started back running during lockdown March 2020 and had gotten back to a level of fitness I hadn’t had been at since my mid twenties. I always struggled with having a consistent eating and training plan and working with Vin has allowed me to correct all of this. He put together a detailed eating and weight training plan for me that worked around my running schedule and we have continued to tweak these throughout our entire time working together to continue to make sure I see improvements.
Vin is an absolute pleasure to work with, he constantly touches base to see how I am doing and the weekly check ins we have has helped keep me accountable, which was something that’s always been lacking for me, I honestly can recommend him high enough to anyone looking for a trainer to help take them to the next level.

John has been training with commitment for the last 2 years, He’s made a tremendous transition not only physically but mentally too! I know John a very long time (too long I’d say 😅) he’s turned his life around!
Training and routine can create a lot of rebounding positives in your life! You become more organised, time efficient and goal orientated, this is reflected on all aspects of your life!
John is currently now training by himself, he’s educated and knowledgeable enough to know what to do and how to do it! That’s our aim here to pass on knowledge and experience to make it your own!

When you’re on a mission in your training and you want real results, you have to be real with yourself, you also have to be patient!
I’m all for flexibility and educating clients to incorporate new lifestyle habits! Installing these habits takes time and I understand that, but if you’re not gaining any sort of consistency with your plan you won’t get where you want to be!
I cannot stress enough how much a role consistency plays in success! At times it will get repetitive, but this is what installing new habits is all about!
Set yourself up for a win, be consistent, loyal and patient 🎯
