Specific Fitness Finglas specialise in fat loss for women through semi private Personal Training done in Small Group settings of 6 clients to 1 coach. We have created structures and systems to cater for all ages and abilities. These same structures and systems allow us to deliver our goal driven programs in a safe and friendly environment, thus allowing our clients to receive high end Personal Training at a fraction of the cost of a one to one session.

Working in the extremely personalised environment of 6 clients to 1 coach our goal driven programs are delivered by our high level coaches in a safe and friendly environment, with the aim of providing the best service possible within the local areas while improving the mental and physical health and wellbeing of as many people as possible.
We aim to provide as many people possible with the needed day to day maintainable lifestyle changes to achieve their health and fitness goal(s) while improving both their mental and physical health and wellbeing.
We don't do the "one size fits all" motto. Everyone is different and we offer an individual service to each of our members, no matter what their fitness levels or goal(s) may be. We look to go above and beyond your standard gym to provide those who pass through our doors with their very own unique “Specific Fitness” journey. Our doors are open to all with no one feeling intimidated or out of place due to the welcoming family like vibe created by all our members and coaches. We cater for both males and females in our Rush facility and Females only in our Finglas facility, with ages varying between 16 and 70. We work with each individual in an extremely personalised manner to help them reach their full potential by improving their mental and physical health and wellbeing through implementing small day to day maintainable lifestyle changes.
Our Programs
We offer multiple membership options and plans to cater for all. Our Small Group Personal Training 12 week fit body trial tends to be the most favoured for new members. Following on from all trials we offer 3, 6 and 12 month memberships which all include access to 3 Small Group PT sessions per week along with unlimited Yoga and Large Group sessions. We have something to suit everyone of all shapes, sizes and abilities. Our programs are tailored towards each individual and their goal(s) with progressions and regressions of each and every exercise to cater from the most advance trainer to a complete novice. We monitor and work very close with all of our members to help them achieve their goal(s). Each individual who passes through the doors of Specific Fitness will face a different challenge and no two people will be given the exact same program as we know what works for some will not work for others.
The day to day at Specific Fitness
Enjoyment and education are two key aspects to life at Specific Fitness. We look to educate each of our members in all aspects of fitness (nutrition, activity and training) while providing them with a safe and friendly environment to learn and to better themselves. We understand that everyone lifestyle is different so when it comes to training and all other aspects surrounding i.e. nutrition we aim to work with each individual to figure out what suits them and their goals best through regular coach - client check ins and testing. We look to work with each of our clients to figure out the maintainable lifestyle changes they need in order to achieve their goal(s).
