🔥 5 BENEFITS OF REGULAR HOT YOGA 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

Hot yoga isn’t just about sweating — it’s about challenging your body, calming your mind, and building consistency. 🙏🏾

Here are 5 benefits you may experience with regular practice:

1️⃣ Improved flexibility & mobility
The heat can help your muscles feel more pliable, while consistent practice can gradually improve your range of motion.

2️⃣ Better cardiovascular fitness ❤️
The combination of heat and flowing movement increases cardiovascular demand and gets your heart working.

3️⃣ Greater strength & endurance 💪🏾
Holding poses and moving through sequences challenges your core, legs, shoulders, and stabilising muscles.

4️⃣ Less stress & greater mental wellbeing 🌿
Breathwork, movement and mindfulness can help you switch off, release tension and feel more grounded.

5️⃣ Better balance & body awareness ⚖️
Regular practice can improve coordination, concentration, balance and your awareness of how your body moves.

✨ The real magic? Consistency.
You don’t have to be perfect. Just keep showing up, breathe, move, sweat and give yourself the space to reset.

🧘🏾‍♀️🔥 Your mat is always a good place to come back to yourself.
