Hi! My name is Treasa and I'm based at my brand new studio near Our Lady's Island, Co. Wexford. The Space is located at Y35 XT10.

Watch this space for upcoming classes and workshops guided by me or a trusted facilitator I'm a Yoga and meditation teacher based out of my own studio in Wexford. I am trained in Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Women's Wellbeing, Sports Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Teen Yoga, Trauma informed Yoga and mindfulness meditation. We did a little thang! What a joy to host the women of my club for a day of Yoga, laughs, good food and of course a run (and a cold sea dip!). Thanks to Wexford Triathlon Club and Triathlon Ireland for supporting the day. 🤗

Signing off for winter, blessed by gorgeous evening light for the 'deep clean'. Thinking of the beautiful gatherings in The Space this year and I feel so grateful for it. Thanks to everyone who joined myself, Joanne Mullen Reid and Maureen Barrett to rest, stretch, laugh and connect. I'm off to the jungle to a winter of Yoga practice and learning - already looking forward to teach and have some fun here in 2026 🙏☀️

Joanne Mullen Reid and I are still buzzing from last weekend. The sun came out and blessed our Autumnal Retreat at The Space. 🍂🙏Four years in and we all agreed that retreats are a day to relax and catch up with old friends - and ourselves. 😊 There's so much beauty this time of year and a retreat gives us the opportunity to soak it in and recharge.
