Massage can greatly improve recovery and nowhere is that more evident than following enduring exercise. Immediately after a race (if you can stand it), a light massage can be very beneficial but in the days following a race it is common to expect muscle soreness and this is where a massage can help reduce swelling and soreness.

Today is a rest and recovery day for me I have been working hard in the gym trying to build resilience and strength in my hamstrings while also trying to keep the rest of the body strong and doing cardio as I have been able to run for a number of weeks now So today will help me
