They head off for the national championships this Thursday.

Our àFirst cycle on Tandem since broken bone 3 months ago...

The one way to test it is to crash and see if is all good🤦🙈🤣💪.

But is not about how you fall they say...🙂

Few positive thing's that came to my head when you crash:

1. If you ripped you gears like we did on tandem today it gives you a chance to buy New On.👍

2. Don't ring your wife..trust me it's better if she finds out that you crash from your Insta post..😉🤣

3. Get the coffee after and brownie to raise the sugar level...it will boost your recovery 😉🙂.
