💙🤍 Great start to the U13 Championship!
A fantastic display from the girls this evening in a tough battle against Dungarvan. Both teams gave it everything and it was a great contest from start to finish.
The Newtown girls battled for every ball, showed great determination and worked brilliantly together as a team. 💪👏
The girls got great scores up front, while the backs held of Dungarvan forwards getting near the goal.
A really great performance from all the girls. They can be very proud of themselves! 🌟

Hard luck to our U12 girls and coaches in today's match. While it wasn't the result we wanted, you should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. After a brilliant season, with tough matches along the way, today was the first loss. They gave it their all and left everything out on the field. They've improved so much over the last few weeks and went down with their fighting boots on against a strong brickeys side. From the club we couldn't be more proud of the team 💪🏻💪🏻

We went onto the Coach House to celebrate our achievements this year so far.
Also thanks to Mahon Milk for providng the girls with refreshments to refuel. Even the big kids loved it.

Well done to Lara on getting a well deserved player of the match for her performance.

Also thanks to all the supporters that came out today to get behind the girls and the coaches. Especially our American friends - Heartland Red.

This is what they've worked so hard for... County Final Day! 💙🤍

Our incredible U12 girls have earned their place in the County Final after a brilliant season filled with hard work, determination and teamwork.
The journey hasn't been easy. A tough semi-final against a strong Roanmore side pushed the girls all the way, but they showed exactly what this team is made of. They defended with courage, attacked with confidence and battled for every ball until the final whistle.

Their fighting spirit and commitment have been a joy to watch, and they'll bring all of that into the final.
We couldn't be prouder of this group. They run for each other, fight for each other, never give up, and most importantly, they enjoy every minute together as teammates and friends. The dedication they've shown to their club and to one another has been outstanding.

Girls, you've already done your club proud. Now go out, enjoy every minute, give it everything you've got and make more memories together.

We'd love to see a big Ballydurn crowd in Kilmacthomas to cheer them on

On Wednesday 15th July, we welcome our friends from Kansas City to Newtown/Ballydurn as part of the World GAA Games. We will be showing the Americans how we hurl and news will travel to the US that we have the skill. Bring along friends, cousins, and all the family. All welcome. Refreshments provided.

Well done to our U12 girls on a fantastic display against a very tough Roanmore team in the heat yesterday. The girls dug deep and battled all the way to secure a brilliant victory. They now move onto the final.
An unbelievable performance from every single player, with everyone giving their all in every position. A huge thanks to the coaches also. A team effort to be proud of!
