Happy New Year everyone!! Hope you all had a lovely Christmas. Class tomorrow night is cancelled unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances. SUNDAY MORNING YOGA
Hi everyone, Sunday Morning Yoga sessions start back on Sunday the 25th November running for four weeks until Sunday the 16th December inclusive 11am to 1.30pm.
NEW VENUE: HOLY TRINITY NATIONAL SCHOOL, WESTPORT.
Winter is the perfect time to slow down and recharge the batteries so why not join me over the next few Sundays for some chilled out mindful flow, yin and restorative yoga. Learn how to cultivate your ability to access the stillness of the relaxation response; healing and nourishing mind body and soul.
