Last 16 of our Model County Media Cup last night and a night of shocks. All Blacks knocked out 3rd Favs St Josephs. Cloughbawn picked up there first win of the season knocking out Gorey Celtic in the process. And Arklow Town made the long journey to Rathangan worth while as they edged out Fastnet in a 5 goal thriller. Also wins on the night for Corach , Forth Celtic and Crossabeg who also prevailed after extra time. 4 out of the 7 games played went to extra time..

Last Friday saw Bunclody AFC host Ross Celtic in our Model County Media Cup Preliminary Round. And it was the homeside who layed down a serious marker and showed their potential in a big 5-2 victory
