We were talking on Beat Breakfast earlier about people who spoil the endings of tv shows/movies. This is apt....
Fantastic book launch last night in the Book Café. Althea Farren launched her newest book "It's a Little Inconvenient: Memories of a Bulawayo Book Club" about her time living in Zimbabwe under the dictatorship of Mugabe. Althea lives in Gorey now with her husband Larry. A definite must read!
Right lads! Big fundraiser this Sunday for the Courtown RNLI - Sea Sunday comes to Courtown Harbour from 10 am with the famous raft race at 4 but there are things going on all day so be sure to stop by!

Our deepest sympathies with the friends and family of Sam D'Arcy, founder of the Gorey 3 Day Race who sadly passed away at the weekend. Very emotional send off for Sam at St. Michael's this morning.
