This one hour fitness class is suitable for all ages (adult) and physical abilities. No previous martial arts experience required.

A fun session combining bag work, light weights, core work, stretching and basic kickboxing this really is the ultimate full body workout.

Our class is taught in a friendly and inclusive environment by Bobby O'Neill former World Kickboxing champion, Guardian of Lau Gar Kung Fu and Chief Instructor of the Irish Kung Fu association..
Our classes take place in Image Health Studios, Westpoint Business Park Wexford.
