✨ When Reiki Found Us ✨

I’m a mum to two amazing boys, and for over 13 years as an early years educator, I’ve been passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing. But a few years ago, my own family faced a challenge that reminded me just how deeply our emotions are connected.

When my eldest started “big school,” anxiety took over. The tears, the tummy aches, the worry — it wasn’t just him who struggled; it touched all of us. Some nights I lay awake, carrying my own worries alongside his, feeling helpless and drained.

Then, Reiki entered our lives.

With each gentle session, I watched my son slowly release his fears. His confidence grew, his light returned, and our home felt calmer, warmer, and more peaceful. Children are naturally open to Reiki — my boys love it, and it has become a cherished part of our family routine.

Watching this transformation inspired me to train as a Reiki healer — so I could continue bringing balance, calm, and healing to my family, friends, and clients. That decision changed my life and set me on a path I will always be grateful for.

I’m also deeply thankful to the wonderful Emma , whose guidance and support made this journey possible. 💖
