Delighted to share the details of our upcoming novice stake on 18th October. Please send your entries sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. Sincere thanks to the Dowling family for facilitating our trial.

WRGC ran a sixteen dog open stake for A.V retriever and I.W.S on 18th January. The day began with a moment of silence to mark the recent passing of one of the founding members of the club, James (Jim) Mulhall.

We would like to sincerely thank the landowners, guns, beaters/pickers up, judges, markers and competitors who made the day such a success. Our judges were Declan McCarthy (A), Hazel Murphy (A) and Andrew Rooney (B).

The results were as follows;

1. Michael Corr with Ringbarn Fletchling.
2. Thomas Hughes with Iroquois Prince.
3. Antony Mc Cabe with Duke Daydream.
4. David Quigley (Harkeel Gundogs) with Harkeel Megs.
