Here’s how I use ChatGPT to figure it out step by step:
1️⃣ Take a clear photo (or just describe the meal).
2️⃣ Be specific – number of pieces, how it’s cooked, what you did/didn’t eat.
3️⃣ Ask ChatGPT: “Calculate the calories & macros in 10 buffalo wings (fried, with sauce, no dip).”
4️⃣ Adjust the portion if you ate more or less.
5️⃣ Remember – it’s an estimate, not exact science, but it keeps you on track without stressing.

Try this simple and satisfactory HIGH PROTEIN meal🔥
All you need is 👇
Microwaveable potatoes 🥔
Chicken breast 🍗
Low calorie sweet chilli sauce (or equivalent) 🌶️
1️⃣ Microwave potatos for 7 minutes then take them out squash using a glass,
2️⃣ Place in air fryer for 15 - 17 minutes till crispy
3️⃣ Season to your liking
1️⃣ Cut up chicken breast into small bite size pieces, and add along some low calorie sauce and seasoning into pan
2️⃣ Without oil, fry chicken until tender and juicy
3️⃣ Next Enjoy this quick, tasty and simple meal made in less than 25 minutes
