So last night we had our first ever grading on zoom , and it went very well, so congratulations to Liam, who had been promoted to yellow belt , he done very well, and thank you to Grandmaster Guy Jones for organising and taken the time to put Liam through his paces, he has been training on zoom with Kilkenny taekwondo and has got his reward ..... So well done to everyone..

Hopefully next year we will all be on the mats ...

10 years ago today...

Hard to believe this was a year ago ...when we were told the smk , kukkikwan team were coming to redcross taekwondo. ...

With Christmas over and hopefully a bit of normality on the horizon , wishing everyone a happy new year , let's see what it brings ..

Well , what an absolute disaster of a year , all that's left to say is have a wonderful Christmas, and hopefully things can return in the new year , with competitions, new grades and places to go and compete , keep safe and see you all on the mats soon Happy Christmas everyone...
