विषय: सबैमा धन्यवाद सहित, झापा सुपर कप दोस्रो संस्करणमा गोरखा एफसी सम्बन्धी गरिएको निर्णयबारे ।

इजरायलमा रहनुभएका आदरणीय खेलप्रेमी ज्युहरु, सहभागी टोलीहरू तथा सम्पूर्ण नेपाली भाषी फुटबल परिवार,

झापा सुपर कप दोस्रो संस्करण (१९–२० जुन २०२६) सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएकोमा सहभागी सबै १० टोली, खेलाडी, प्रशिक्षक, व्यवस्थापक, समर्थक, स्वयंसेवक तथा आयोजक समितिप्रति झापा एफसी हार्दिक धन्यवाद तथा आभार व्यक्त गर्दछ।

प्रतियोगिताको पहिलो चरणमा भएको गोरखा एफसी र राइजिङ स्टार एफसीबीचको खेलमा गोरखा एफसी विजयी भएको थियो। तर खेलपश्चात प्राप्त उजुरी तथा उपलब्ध प्रमाणहरूको अध्ययनपछि प्रतियोगितामा बुझाइएको आधिकारिक नामावलीभन्दा बाहिरका खेलाडी गोरखा एफसीबाट खेलाइएको तथ्य प्रमाणित भएको जानकारी प्राप्त भयो।

प्रतियोगिताको निष्पक्षता, पारदर्शिता तथा लागू नियमावलीको संरक्षणका लागि आयोजक समितिले गोरखा एफसीलाई अयोग्य (Disqualify) घोषणा गर्दै राइजिङ स्टार एफसीलाई अर्को चरणमा प्रवेश गराउने निर्णय गरेको थियो। हाम्रो बुझाइमा उक्त निर्णय प्रतियोगिताको पूर्वनिर्धारित नियम, प्रमाण तथा खेलको मर्मअनुसार र दुई टिमका आधिकारिक प्रतिनिधिहरूलाई जानकारी गराएर गरिएको थियो र आयोजक समितिले आफ्नो जिम्मेवारी निष्पक्ष रूपमा निर्वाह गरेको देखिन्छ।

यससँगै, हामी गोरखा एफसीप्रति आयोजक पूर्ण सम्मान व्यक्त गर्न चाहन्छौं। गोरखा एफसी प्रतियोगिताको एक सम्मानित, प्रतिस्पर्धी र सम्भावनायुक्त टोली हो। एउटा केही प्राविधिक वा प्रशासनिक त्रुटिका कारण क्लबको समग्र योगदान, खेल भावना र फुटबलप्रतिको समर्पणलाई हामीले कम आँक्न मिल्दैन भन्ने हाम्रो स्पष्ट धारणा रहेको छ।

सकारात्मक पक्ष के छ भने गोरखा एफसीले पनि उक्त त्रुटिलाई स्वीकार गर्दै आयोजक समितिले गरेको निर्णयप्रति सम्मान व्यक्त गरेको छ। साथै, प्रतियोगिताको दौरानमा आयोजक पक्षबाट भएका केही कमी–कमजोरीहरूलाई स्विकार गर्दै आगामी दिनमा यस्ता विषयमा इजरायलमा रहेका सम्पूर्ण नेपाली भाषी फुटबल क्लबहरू, आयोजक अझ सचेत, जिम्मेवार र व्यवस्थित हुनुपर्ने सन्देश यो प्रतियोगिताले दिएको छ। यस परिपक्व र खेलभावनायुक्त दृष्टिकोणका लागि हामी गोरखा एफसीलाई धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछौं।

इजरायलको नेपाली भाषी फुटबल प्रतियोगिताको इतिहासमा यस प्रकारको घटना पहिलो पटक भएको विषयप्रति हामी आयोजक परिवार तथा सम्पूर्ण फुटबल समुदाय दुःखी छौं। यस्ता घटनाहरू कुनै एक क्लब वा व्यक्तिसँग मात्र सम्बन्धित विषय नभई सम्पूर्ण खेल समुदायका लागि सिकाइको अवसर पनि हुन्।

प्रतियोगितामा सहभागी सबै क्लब, पदाधिकारी तथा खेलाडीहरूले नियमको पूर्ण पालना, प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाप्रति सजगता र प्रतियोगिताको मर्यादा संरक्षणका विषयमा थप जिम्मेवार बन्नुपर्ने आवश्यकता यस घटनाले स्पष्ट रूपमा देखाएको छ। हामी विश्वास गर्दछौं कि यस घटनाबाट सबैले सकारात्मक पाठ सिक्दै भविष्यमा यस्ता अवस्था दोहोरिन नदिने प्रतिबद्धताका साथ अगाडि बढ्नेछन्।

आयोजकको निर्णय नियम र प्रमाणका आधारमा गरिएको भए पनि यसबाट सिर्जना भएको परिस्थितिले हामीलाई मानवीय रूपमा दुःखी बनाएको छ। विशेषगरी गोरखा एफसी जस्तो उदीयमान क्लबलाई परेको असरप्रति हामी संवेदनशील छौं। तथापि, खेलकुदमा नियम, निष्पक्षता र समान अवसरको संरक्षण सबैभन्दा महत्वपूर्ण पक्ष भएकाले सम्बन्धित निर्णय आवश्यक, न्यायोचित र उचित थियो भन्ने हाम्रो धारणा रहेको छ।

झापा एफसी सम्पूर्ण सहभागी टोलीहरूलाई आगामी दिनका लागि हार्दिक शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दछ। प्रतियोगितामा सहभागी प्रत्येक क्लबले इजरायलस्थित नेपाली फुटबल समुदायलाई अझ सशक्त, एकताबद्ध र प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बनाउन महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिएको छ। भविष्यमा अझ उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन, थप सफलता र निरन्तर प्रगतिका लागि सबै टोलीहरूलाई शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दछौं।

विशेष रूपमा गोरखा एफसीप्रति हामी सकारात्मक सन्देश दिन चाहन्छौं। नयाँ उत्साह, ऊर्जा र लक्ष्यका साथ अघि बढिरहेको यस क्लबलाई आगामी दिनमा अझ मजबुत, संगठित र सफल बन्ने विश्वास व्यक्त गर्दछौं। एउटा घटनाले कुनै क्लबको भविष्य निर्धारण गर्दैन, बरु त्यहाँबाट लिइएको सिकाइले भविष्य निर्माण गर्छ।

हामी सबैको साझा उद्देश्य प्रतिस्पर्धाभन्दा माथि उठेर इजरायलस्थित नेपाली फुटबल समुदायलाई थप बलियो, एकताबद्ध र सम्मानित बनाउनु हो। यही भावनाका साथ आगामी दिनहरूमा पनि आपसी सहकार्य, सम्मान, अनुशासन र खेलभावनालाई अझ मजबुत बनाउँदै अघि बढ्ने अपेक्षा राख्दछौं।

अन्त्यमा, झापा सुपर कप दोस्रो संस्करणका विजेता United Darjeeling Club, उपविजेता Lion Tel Aviv FC तथा विभिन्न विधागत पुरस्कार विजेता सम्पूर्ण खेलाडी साथीहरूलाई हार्दिक बधाई व्यक्त गर्दछौं। साथै, प्रत्येक खेलका म्यान अफ द म्याच खेलाडीहरूलाई समेत विशेष बधाई तथा शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दछौं।

Subject: Appreciation to All Participants and Clarification Regarding the Decision Concerning Gorkha FC in the Second Edition of Jhapa Super Cup

Dear football enthusiasts, participating teams, and the entire Nepali-speaking football community in Israel,

Jhapa FC would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to all 10 participating teams, players, coaches, managers, supporters, volunteers, and members of the organizing committee for contributing to the successful completion of the Second Edition of the Jhapa Super Cup held on 19–20 June 2026.

In the first round of the tournament, Gorkha FC secured a victory against Rising Star FC. However, following a formal complaint and a review of the available evidence, it was confirmed that players who were not included in the officially submitted squad list had participated on behalf of Gorkha FC.

In order to uphold the principles of fairness, transparency, and compliance with the tournament regulations, the organizing committee decided to disqualify Gorkha FC and advance Rising Star FC to the next stage of the competition. The decision was made in accordance with the pre-established tournament rules, based on verified evidence, and after informing the official representatives of both teams. The organizing committee believes it fulfilled its responsibility in a fair and impartial manner.

At the same time, we wish to express our full respect toward Gorkha FC. Gorkha FC is a respected, competitive, and promising club within our football community. A technical or administrative error should not diminish the club’s overall contribution, sporting spirit, and dedication to football.

We also appreciate the fact that Gorkha FC acknowledged the mistake and respected the decision made by the organizing committee. Furthermore, this incident has highlighted the importance of greater awareness, responsibility, and proper administration among all Nepali-speaking football clubs and organizers in Israel. We thank Gorkha FC for demonstrating maturity and sportsmanship throughout the process.

As organizers and members of the football community, we are saddened that such an incident occurred, particularly as it is believed to be the first case of its kind in the history of Nepali-speaking football tournaments in Israel. However, we also view it as an important learning opportunity for the entire football community.

This situation has clearly demonstrated the need for all clubs, officials, and players to pay closer attention to tournament regulations, administrative procedures, and the preservation of the integrity of the game. We believe that everyone involved will learn positive lessons from this experience and work together to prevent similar situations in the future.

Although the decision was made strictly on the basis of rules and evidence, the circumstances created by the incident are regrettable from a human perspective. We are particularly sensitive to the impact this has had on an emerging club such as Gorkha FC. Nevertheless, the protection of fairness, equal opportunity, and the integrity of the competition must always remain the highest priority, and therefore the decision was necessary, justified, and appropriate.

Jhapa FC extends its best wishes to all participating teams for their future endeavors. Every club involved in this tournament has made a valuable contribution toward strengthening, uniting, and enhancing the competitiveness of the Nepali football community in Israel. We wish all teams continued success, progress, and excellence in the years ahead.

We would also like to convey a special message to Gorkha FC. We are confident that the club will continue to grow stronger, more organized, and more successful in the future with renewed determination and ambition. One incident does not define a club’s future; rather, the lessons learned from it help shape a stronger future.

Our shared goal extends beyond competition. Together, we aim to build a stronger, more united, and more respected Nepali football community in Israel. With this spirit, we look forward to continuing our journey through cooperation, mutual respect, discipline, and true sportsmanship.

Finally, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the champions, United Darjeeling Club, the runners-up, Lion Tel Aviv FC, and all players who received individual awards in various categories during the second edition of the Jhapa Super Cup. We also congratulate every Man of the Match award winner for their outstanding performances throughout the tournament.

We sincerely thank all sponsors, volunteers, guests, participating teams, supporters, media representatives, and everyone who contributed directly or indirectly to making this tournament a grand success.
