10kg squat or 100kg squat?🤔.....
Does it pain? If yes then NO squat. 🚫
Of course the type of pain also matters....does the pain come from the muscle? Then it's probably just a sore muscle and will go away in a day or two👍

Dumbbell ko apni jagah par rakha kare..
Lifting weights is not complicated, but we make it very difficult in our minds

Where my White Bread Gang at?
It's too easy to fall into the trap of "misinformation" on the topic of health food in 2023
We are not aware of how to read food labels, so all these companies take advantage of this fault of ours
For example, did you know that any mithai like a Barfi or a KajuKatli is around 40-50% Sugar?
Matlab 100g ki mithai mai 50g sirf shakkar hai.....now I'm not saying that's a bad thing, we all love mithai in limits...but we do not realise the percentage contents of most foods
