SEWA Gram Mahila Haat is a rural marketing organization of small women producers groups has been promoted by SEWA in 1999 and registered as a charitable trust.
The trustees of SGMH are from the women producer’s group leaders and they are the stake holders. The objective of SGMH is to provide direct marketing linkages of rural women producers and farmers by forming producers groups. 🌾 Exposure Visit at Khetika Factory, Unjha 🌾
The RUDI team from Ahmedabad and Mehsana visited the Khetika Agro Processing Factory in Unjha for an enriching exposure visit! 💪
It was a wonderful learning experience where the team gained valuable insights into large-scale agro processing, warehousing, quality control, and modern equipment operations.
This visit has inspired our sisters to strengthen their own centers and adopt innovative practices for improving production and quality standards. 🌿✨

Empowering Sisters through Skills!
We are delighted to share that under the Saksham Project, 17 sisters have successfully completed a 15-day Bakery Training Program
Through this training, they have not only learned new recipes and techniques but also gained the confidence to turn their skills into sustainable livelihoods.
Together, we are building a future where women create opportunities, support their families, and rise as entrepreneurs.

Interactive Session at IRMA, Anand
We had an enriching and interactive session at IRMA Anand College where we shared insights on the RUDI supply chain – from farmers’ linkages to RUDI processing centre.
The discussion highlighted how agro-processors are finding employment opportunities and how our RUDIben are generating sustainable income through this model.

A team of 10 sisters from Sultanpur and Banda, Uttar Pradesh (CLF didi's) have came for a 5-days exposure visit at SEWA.
This journey is all about peer-to-peer learning, where our sisters will share knowledge, skills, and experiences to grow stronger together.

Shaksham Program Launched Today!
We are excited to share that the first day of Bakery training under the Shaksham Program began today.
A group of 20 enthusiastic sisters joined us to start their journey in bakery training from Sanad and Bavla Location.
This program has been made possible with the support of Zydus and in collaboration with SEWA Gram Mahila Haat.
Together, we aim to build skills, confidence, and sustainable livelihoods for our sisters.

The Strategic Costing Workshop was successfully conducted for RUDI Processing Centre teams from Mehsana, Kutch, Botad, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Sanand, Aravalli, and Anand districts.
The session was led by a distinguished Professor from IIM, who shared expert insights on cost optimisation, pricing strategies, and sustainable financial planning tailored for grassroots enterprises.
More than 35 participants actively took part in the workshop, representing various centres and bringing valuable perspectives from their field experiences.
This training marks an important step in strengthening the financial management capacity of our RUDI team members and enhancing the sustainability of rural livelihoods.
