Here is the problem with the inbody… the hydration level plays a big part in the outcome. I have worked harder and added cardio too. Only worries I have the weight was supposed to go up.

Here are the numbers with creatine for two weeks and a bit more regular training the second week. Weight up because of retention of water which also translates into more muscle and less percent body fat! Great results you can active relative easily.

Self experiment. These changes are purely by adding creatine to my regiment. If at all I was not very active in the gym. You can clearly see that my body is holding on to a bit more water and the inbody interprets it as muscle. This is a good thing since it lowers your ionic load in the cells. This week I will add load to all and we see the results.

Here is my inbody after having a forced break due to pneumonia and before starting on Creatine. One of the most studied cheap performance enhancers. My regiment will be 5 g per day and let’s see how it changes my body composition.

Lunges all about lunges today... if you want to get your rear in gear lunges will do the trick. One of the best exercise to do if you want to continue to walk, run, hike. All these require a staggered stance a lot of times at slightly different angles. So work the angles!
