When I started my journey, I had so many myths in my mind… but with time, knowledge, and the right guidance, I discovered the truth. 💡
Before I believed:
❌ I just need to reduce belly fat.
✅ Now I know: Spot reduction is not possible. I needed to work towards my ideal weight and overall fat loss.
Before I believed:
❌ Weight loss is all about the number on the scale.
✅ Now I know: Fat loss is more important than just weight loss. Healthy fat loss brings real transformation.
Before I believed:
❌ Eating less = Losing weight.
✅ Now I know: Eating less only made me lose nutrients and harm my body. Proper nutrition is the key to healthy weight loss.
Before I believed:
❌ Quick crash diets are the solution.
✅ Now I know: Unhealthy weight loss leads to hair fall, muscle loss, and saggy skin. Sustainable weight loss is the real goal.
🌿 Today, I am so grateful that I chose the right way – focusing on nutrition, fitness, and overall health instead of shortcuts.

✨ One simple breakfast that changed everything for me… ✨
I’ve been having this same breakfast for the past 4 years—yes, every single day—and it has truly transformed my life. 🌸
Back when I had just delivered my baby, I was on the heavier side, struggling with my weight, low on energy & very less time to cook , zero knowledge about nutrition, and no idea what to eat.
We’ve all heard the saying, “Eat breakfast like a king.”
But as a new mom during lockdown, cooking every single morning with a little baby was a real task! 😩

Throwback to the version of me that was silently struggling...
This was me at 63kgs.
Overweight. Tired. In pain.
I was dealing with:
🔸 Thyroid imbalance
🔸 Knee & joint pain
🔸 Back pain post C-section
🔸 Low energy and constant fatigue
🔸 Dull, lifeless skin
🔸 Hair fall and poor digestion
Then came lockdown – 2 years of complete pause.
No physical activity. No idea about nutrition.
I kept gaining weight without even realizing how it was affecting me mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I never thought food could heal until I educated myself… and changed my approach to health.
I stopped chasing weight loss and started focusing on healing and nourishment.
And that’s when the magic happened ✨

Get to know me more , why I become a Weightloss & Health coach?
I was a marketing professional & became a mom 5 years back happy & excited for life with my baby, but it started to take a troll on my body & health as I delivered my baby through the c-section & detected thyroid during my pregnancy. When I came back to join my job post maternity pandemic hit. I had to leave my job as it demands to go out & meet people which I couldn't, it cause me to gain weight more as suddenly everything changed around me.
I was 62 kgs & had a small baby to take care of with all house work. It was difficult to pull my weight throughout the day with very little sleep & a tired body. I thought of starting my fitness on my own but with no guidance.
I thought I had knowledge of what to eat to be healthy but I was wrong having proper balanced meals is so important along with changing lifestyle.
This I got to know when I joined an online community in a pandemic to transform myself , I had joined just to lose weight but when I started within a month my inches started to lose along with my weight , my skin had started to glow, my post delivery hair fall had reduced which gave me so much confidence that I continued it & with plan I got personal coaching & nutritional guidance with meal plan which was an game changer.
Sometimes we know things but when I get the guidance from an expert about how to have complete meals with all micro & macro nutrients in a day which changes my health completely.
Now I am on my ideal weight , reduced mummy pouch post c section delivery ,enjoying my life with full energy & free from health issues which makes me so happy to take that one decision at that time about my health to join this plan.
