Successfully completed Day 1 (27th December 25) of another POSH batch—and the experience has been nothing short of overwhelming with our Expert Mr. Wilson Anthony

🌧️ 30th November.
Bengaluru was unusually cold — the Chennai tide brought its chill along with it.
But I still decided: I’m showing up.

⏰ Woke up at 5:00 AM.
🏠 Left home by 6:10 AM.
🚇 Took the Bangalore Metro for the first time —
and changed three lines in a single day:
🟡 Yellow → 🟢 Green → 🟣 Purple.

Two hours of travel…
Yet I was smiling the entire way.
Because I wasn’t just going to an event

I was going to meet my community,
the people I’ve only seen through a laptop screen until now.

And let me tell you —

Life has a way of teaching us lessons in the most unexpected ways. A simple choice between two organic juices made me reflect on my own career journey—one of struggles, missteps, and ultimate transformation.

🥤 Juice One: ABC – Apple, Beetroot, Carrot 🍏🥕❤️
A perfect blend of sweetness and depth—the apple’s freshness, beetroot’s richness, and carrot’s grounding strength. It tasted like harmony, like effort and reward coming together.

🥤 Juice Two: Lemongrass, Ginger, Coriander 🌿🔥
No lemon, just the overpowering scent of grass. It smelled fresh, but the taste? Harsh, unexpected, and difficult to swallow. A reminder that not everything that looks promising is fulfilling.

And that’s when it hit me—this was my career story.

✨ I started as Juice Two. Fresh, eager, and full of raw energy. But I was naïve—believing that hard work alone would carry me through. I walked into corporate life without knowing how to balance my strengths, protect my energy, or stand up against politics and power plays.

💔 I became a bait—a hardworking employee under a suppressive boss. Overworked, unappreciated, and exhausted. My talent was there, but the mix was all wrong.

🔥 Then came the transformation—the shift to Juice One.
I learned that a great career, just like a great juice, needs balance. The right mix of:
✔ Wisdom to see through office politics
✔ Courage to set boundaries
✔ Confidence to claim my worth
✔ Resilience to push through setbacks
