In a world that is always changing, I help people remember who they are and connect to their own inn

As December comes to a close, many of us are naturally looking back at the year gone by.
And I know this year has not been the easiest for many of us.

Some of us have lost people.
Some of us have lost parts of ourselves.
Some of us are tired.
Some of us are searching, seeking clarity, or simply trying to make sense of what has been.

So this is your reminder:

Some days feel low not because something is wrong,
but because this is part of the human walk.

Pain and ease move together.
Feeling heavy is not a failure.
It is part of being alive in a changing world.

The invitation is not to escape difficult moments,
but to stay present without collapsing into them.

When life feels purposeless, you don’t have to search for answers.
Meaning isn’t something to be constructed on days like this.
It returns through presence - through breath, stillness, sound, or quiet.

Even feeling disconnected is part of being here.
A noisy, tired, uncertain mind doesn’t need fixing, it needs gentleness.

Some days you don’t carry life.
Life carries you.

And on the darkest days,
one breath, one pause, one small act of presence is enough.

Nothing needs forcing right now.
This space and time is sacred too.

Tune into this rest and ease as we wind up the year.

As an elder sibling, you witness a lot of firsts.
The first time your parents focus on someone else.
The first time a little one takes center stage in the home.
The first time you watch everyone you love pour their love into this tiny being and discover beauty in new ways.

You see the first time you drop him off at school.
The first time he struggles.
The first time he shines.
The first time he finds himself.
His first heartbreak, the early steps into adulthood, and slowly, steadily, the emergence of a grounded, responsible man.

I’ve had the privilege of witnessing all of those firsts.
But in our story, something was beautifully reversed - because instead of me always celebrating his milestones, he was often the one celebrating and supporting mine.

This December, that changed.
I got to celebrate one of his firsts.
I got to celebrate him and his beautiful wife, Sara
I got to stand beside him, honor his journey, and even officiate their wedding.

Watching that little boy grow into the man he is today - steady, loving, becoming and having the privilege of marrying the two of them… among all the firsts I’ve witnessed, this one feels truly special.

And it’s one I will always, always hold close to my heart.

Leaving with a full heart

There are some spaces that don’t need words.
The moment you walk in, your breath softens
and your nervous system remembers what calm feels like.

These are the spaces that hold you,
before you even begin to speak.

I’m learning more and more that healing doesn’t always happen in grand moments…
Sometimes it happens in a quiet room,
sunlight on the floor,
a cup of chai on the table,
and the feeling of being safe enough to exhale.

Grateful for spaces that hold our journeys:
gently, quietly, without demanding anything from us.

May we all find places where our hearts can soften
and our energy can return home to itself.

This past month, I went back to a city I lived in for years.
I revisited old streets, old cafés, old friendships.
Everything felt familiar… and yet, something was different.

It took only a day for my body to fall back into the rhythm of that place.
And I realized the places and people who shape us never really leave.
They live quietly inside us.

I also saw how much my life has changed in ways I could never have planned.
Life was holding me, guiding me, even when I didn’t know how to hold myself.

And maybe the most surprising part was noticing how I had changed.

I left that city as someone searching constantly seeking the next answer.
I returned with softness, contentment, and the gentle knowing that wherever I was in the moment, was the place for me.

Sometimes we take a long time to discover the answer we knew all along.

If you’re in a season of returning - to yourself, your body, your inner voice - I see you 🤍
You’re not alone.

(save to return to this when you need it)

What you feel, your energy field already knows.
Every thought and emotion creates a subtle vibration that your subconscious mind records instantly.

The pendulum simply reveals that vibration.
It moves because your body sends micro-responses through your muscles - the same principle used in muscle testing.
When energy is clear, the field expands and the pendulum flows clockwise.
When it’s heavy or blocked, it begins to release anticlockwise.

It’s not magic - it’s awareness made visible.
✨ Reiki helps you sense, guide, and harmonize these subtle frequencies within yourself.

✨ Weekly Guidance | Dharma & Awareness

Today, while giving an energy healing session, a message came through - a reminder from the Bhagavad Gita:

“It is better to follow one’s own dharma, even imperfectly, than to follow another’s perfectly.”

In its truest sense, dharma means living in alignment with your truth - your highest integrity and awareness.
It’s not the act itself that defines dharma or adharma -
it’s the intention behind it.

💫 From truth, compassion, and awareness - comes dharma.
💫 From fear, ego, or insecurity - comes adharma.

So often, we search for our compass of right and wrong in the world outside us - in what’s expected, accepted, or admired. But true dharma lives within.

It’s found in that inner pause - where awareness replaces reaction, and action flows from truth.

This week, take a moment to ask yourself:
🌸 Am I acting from dharma or from adharma?

When I first began my Reiki journey in 2017, I was looking for relief from pain - both physical and emotional.
What I found was something far deeper: a path back to myself. A way to listen, to soften, to receive.
A way to heal.

Now, I offer this work to those who feel the same calling.
To come home to themselves.

🌿 In this 3-day immersive, you will learn:
• The history and foundations of Reiki
• What energy truly is — and how it affects your body, mind, and life
• How to scan your own energy and understand where blocks lie
• The chakra system and how to bring it into balance
• Hands-on healing for yourself and others
• Reiki for common conditions, stress, and anxiety
• The principles and ethics of energy healing
• Pendulum dowsing and basic energy diagnosis
• The philosophy of healing and the importance of being a clear, compassionate channel
• How to start offering Reiki—personally or professionally
• How to speak about your work, set up sessions, and begin sharing healing with the world

This is a course for the heart. A course for the soul.
No prior experience needed—just your presence and intention.

🧘‍♀️ Only a few seats available.
📩 DM me to reserve your space.

We’re all just walking each other home.
And I’m grateful for the beautiful souls
who have walked beside me on this journey —
in all its seasons,
through all its changes. 💛
