Food addiction is not seen and acknowledged but reality is that a big part of modern society is struggling with Food addiction and they don't even know it.
We eat without thinking about what we are eating and how it will impact our body. What is going into your food?
What is written on that label.
The lesser the ingredients the better the food is for you.
Indian culture has rich food but we do not do the physical activity to assimilate that food. So if we want to maintain our weight and health , we need to relook at what we are eating.
Add more raw salads , sprouts , fruits, greens , seeds etc.
You will feel the difference in your physical and mental health.
