Here is the secret of most PRODUCTIVE people:-

Make PROPER REST AND REFLECTING BACK part of your plan. ๐Ÿš€

Most of people including me believed that we should work every waking hour and try to get maximum work done possible! What end up happening is we burn out by the weekend and it turns out to be counterproductive.โŒ

What ai have learned recently is that we should rest properly, 7-8 hours of deep sleep and we need to reflect back, meaning we need to make sure to track our mistakes and habits that works for us. โœ…

Only by keeping track of our mistake and good habits we can conclude what to avoid and what to do more!๐Ÿš€

We will need to manage our ideas, otherwise our potential will go in vain.๐Ÿ™Œ

As someone truly said, โ€œLife can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forward.โ€
