1 major tip to make it to the stage confidently
Practice.
That's it
now you will ask me how much
well that is the million dollar question.
how much did you do
To start brushing on your own ๐ชฅ teeth.
To start riding the bike cycle ๐ฒ
To ride your motorcycle ๐๏ธ
To learn the hack on the computer ๐ป
To learn any instrument ๐ธ
Did you count
Does an athlete count?
Does a batsman count?
Does a singer count?
The amount of practice depends on the passion and perseverance and consistency that you put in to feel like a winner within you.
The failures are the lessons.
Hardships are the steps to each lesson.
For public speaking how much are you willing to practice?
PS: How many times have you been on stage till today?

The Art of using your eyes, hands, posture and voice to make the presentation ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฏ๐น๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐: This is a very important aspect of communication and presentation. ๐
โข We must move from left to right and back and look at all the audience
โข Do not constantly look only at one place or in one direction.
โข The eye contact must happen within the first 10 seconds
โข We can also move from front to back.
๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ: The posture plays an important role in presentation ๐งโโ๏ธ
โข When we are confident of our topic and well prepared the posture is good else, we fidget on the stage.
โข Female presenters are usually comfortable with either feet in front or back (depending on their comfort)
โข Male presenters should stand with their feet slightly apart
โข It builds a connect with audience along with eye contact
โข It indicates the passion of the presenter
โข It helps in balance of the presenter.
๐๐
๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: Expressions leave a lasting impact on the audience๐ค
โข The way we make our expressions depends largely on our state of mind.
โข We must maintain a clam state of mind before and during the presentation.
โข We must express our words with interest and maintain proper pronunciations.
โข Expressions done in congruence with what we say makes the presenter authentic.
๐๐ฒ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ: The intricate & larger hand movements that explain your presentation and create a visualization to the audience of what we intend to say.
โข Using both hand movements
โข Using the palms and fingers to explain smaller aspects.
โข some facial gestures to make it either humorous or showing sadness or any feeling,
๐ฉ๐ผ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Once we master the art of Articulation & body language
We must learn to match it with our voice. ๐ฃ๏ธ
โข Keep the voice modulated with the Pitch and Pause.
โข Stress on important words that need to be impressed in the minds if the audience.
โข Reduce the volume if there is an element of suspense in your story telling/explanation.
โข Create a sense of anxiety and excitement using the right voice intonation.
These are some very important Articulations, body language & voice techniques to take your presentations to the next level.
PS: what are some more techniques that you would suggest, mention in the comments.

I just Jumped in.
In 2004 I got my first break as a business development and training Manager.
I worked one year without a break I mean 365 days nonstop
There were times I was down with fever and cold
Still, I got on the stage.
the only reason was that my passion had overtaken my fear of rejection.
In 2005 I got the next opportunity as Regional Head
Some even came and spoke to me,
We have seen better speakers and trainers than you.
let us see what you can do.
From 2005 - 2012 7 years 7 month & 24 days
I worked round the clock, removing every mental block
standing as steady as a Rock.
as the clock went tick tock - tick tock.
I traveled the entire Indian Continent
Did session in 6 languages with the similar energy and passion.
clocked more that 10000 hours or public speaking
trained more than 100000 people
made more than 200 into good public speakers.
In 2014 I took this as a new challenge
started my own venture Sun Training Systems.
and completed 10000 hours of training and public speaking.
Got my coaching and NLP certification.

1. Practice in front of the mirror.
2. imagine your audience and smile into the mirror
3.Practice in front of small audience and move to larger crowds.
4. Always be ready to speak in different forums and whenever you get the opportunity.
5. Learn about few interesting topics that you like initially so that you are comfortable.
it is similar to learning 3 to 4 of your favorite songs and singing among your friends.
once you overcome the fear of talking on familiar topics, start practicing with more difficult topics.
start with talking for 5 minutes initially
gradually increase the time.
don't worry about what you will miss out
stay focused on what you wish to say.
keep your language simple
the audience always loves simple and understandable language.
