दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट का ऐतिहासिक फैसला 🚨
ताइक्वांडो फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (TFI) ही भारत की एकमात्र राष्ट्रीय ताइक्वांडो संस्था घोषित

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने आज एक ऐतिहासिक और निर्णायक आदेश जारी करते हुए स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि:

⭐ ताइक्वांडो फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (TFI) ही पूरे भारत में ताइक्वांडो खेल का संचालन और विकास करने के लिए वैध एवं अधिकृत राष्ट्रीय संस्था है।

न्यायालय ने यह भी स्पष्ट कर दिया कि:

❌ “इंडिया ताइक्वांडो(IT)” नाम से बनाई गई संस्था किसी भी प्रकार से मान्यता योग्य नहीं है,

और उसके पक्ष में की गई सभी कार्रवाइयाँ अवैध और अमान्य मानी जाएँगी।

यह फैसला पूरे देश के ताइक्वांडो परिवार के लिए एक बड़ी जीत है, जिसने वर्षों से सच्चाई और न्याय की राह पर विश्वास बनाए रखा।

🌟 यह निर्णय न केवल TFI की वैधता को पुनः स्थापित करता है, बल्कि पूरे देश में ताइक्वांडो खेल के भविष्य को सुरक्षित और सशक्त भी बनाता है।

अब पूरे भारत में एक ही आवाज—
TFI ही राष्ट्रीय महासंघ है, और TFI ही भारत में ताइक्वांडो का प्रतिनिधित्व करेगा।

Dear Presidents, Secretaries, and Taekwondo Family,

It is a proud moment for all of us. The Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has released its order against the MYAS recognition given to INDIA TAEKWONDO ( IT). clearly stating that IT is not at all a federation to be recognised by the ministry of youth affairs, Government of India..The Court has also strongly reprimanded MYAS for granting such recognition.

With this historic judgment, it is now reaffirmed that TFI is the one and only National Sports Federation for Taekwondo in India.

I request all the state associations to publish this important decision immediately in their respective STATE SPORTSNEWS and media platforms so the entire Taekwondo community is correctly informed.

Let us all stay united for the glory and future of Taekwondo in India.
