A Big Thank you to all these Coaches who have helped design Week 2’s movements and workouts. We can’t wait to get started!
Three big cheers to Week 1’s Coaches for kick-starting this series with so much energy!
We’d also like to give a huge shout-out to all who participated in Week 1! Thank you all for participating and lifting the spirits up for so many by joining and doing group workouts! Together, we’re stronger! Those who haven’t joined in yet, it isn’t too late!
Let’s all continue with the same enthusiasm as One Community!

The South West region will be seeing a whopping 17 CLUBS fight it out to advance to the next stage.
