During the schooling ranked first in All India Senior level Painting competition and subsequently recognized as an outstanding painter. Along the way groomed the passion with the right kind of training, education and exposure at The Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Crafts Council of Karnataka etc., and working under the guidance of renowned Gurus like The Mysore Palace artist Shri. Subhramanya Raju for Tanjore and Mysore traditional paintings and Shri. Raghupathi Bhatt (International award winner) for Ganjifa Miniature paintings.
