Rudra Rupini is a powerful Sanskrit phrase meaning:

Rudra – the fierce, divine form of Lord Shiva

Rupini – “the one who embodies” or “takes the form of”

So, “Rudra Rupini” means “She who embodies the fierce form of Rudra (Shiva)” — it describes the powerful and intense form of Goddess Shakti or Devi.

It conveys:

Strength

Divine feminine power

Fearlessness

Cosmic energy
