Absolute Failure
It's important to train your max capacity at times.
Doing so will recruit more muscle fibres and build up greater metabolic stress.
It also provides an insight into what you're capable of when not holding back, giving 100% effort.
It can be potentially harmful and should be used sparingly.
Failure training should not be used on every set.
Remember to allow your body to recover.
Beginners should train to pre failure and focus mostly on the form.
