Doing a glute focussed workout ..
1. Sumo squat - lean back (glutes, quads) 3x8
2. Heel-elevated hack squat (quads, glutes) 3x8 За)Front-foot elevated split squat (quads)
3b)Toe-elevated reverse pull thru (hams, glutes)
3x10
4a). Lateral lunge (adductors, quads, calves) 3x8 ea
4b). Kickstand pull through (hams, glutes)

Running is a high intensity sport so do make sure the entire chain of muscles big and small get activated.
From the ground up:
✅If your big toe doesn’t load → you lose stability
✅If your tibia and femur don’t rotate togeth stress builds in the knee
✅If your hip isn’t doing its job → the knee
compensates
So do these rehab and strengthening exercises to fuel your movement with force, speed and to stay injury free .
