Your circle can either keep you comfortable or push you to become better:
1. Have people you can learn from. Friends who challenge your thinking are worth keeping close.
2. Talk about more than just problems. Share ideas, opportunities, goals and things you’re actually trying to build.
3. Don’t make everything a competition. The best friendships are where someone else’s success makes you want to do better too.
4. Be useful to your people too. A good network isn’t just about what you can get from others. Look for ways to help, connect and share what you know.
5. Choose your environment carefully. The people you spend the most time with can influence your ambition, standards and what you believe is possible.
You don’t need a huge circle. You need a few people who genuinely want to see you win.

Money isn’t just about buying more things. A big part of financial independence is having more control over your life:
1. You can say no more easily. To jobs, situations and people that constantly drain you.
2. You don’t have to stay somewhere out of desperation. Having savings and a stable income gives you room to make decisions instead of just accepting whatever comes your way.
3. Skills give you options. The more valuable your skills are, the less dependent you are on one company, one client or one opportunity.
4. Financial stability gives you boundaries. You can choose what you’re willing to put up with without constantly worrying about the financial consequences.
5. That’s the real value of making money. Not showing off. Not having the most expensive lifestyle. Having the freedom to choose.
Entrepreneurs work 12 hours a day is probably one of the most misleading things you hear about building a business:
1. Hours don’t automatically equal progress. Someone can work 4 focused hours and get more done than someone sitting at a desk for 12.
2. You’re not supposed to hate the process. If every day feels like you’re forcing yourself through work, burnout is eventually going to catch up.
3. The right work feels different. When you’re genuinely interested in what you’re building, learning, solving problems and improving doesn’t always feel like a chore.
4. Success also needs sustainability. No sleep, no weekends and constantly being busy isn’t a business strategy.
5. Stop copying someone else’s hours. Figure out what kind of work actually keeps you motivated, focused and curious, and build around that.
ADHD can make even simple tasks feel unnecessarily difficult:
1. Make things easier to start. If a task has too many steps, you’re more likely to keep putting it off.
2. Don’t rely on motivation. Build systems around your environment so you don’t have to negotiate with yourself every time.
3. Use other people when needed. Working alongside someone, checking in with a friend or having someone expect an update can make a huge difference.
4. Break big tasks down to smaller ones.
5. Give yourself a clear finish line. Having a specific outcome and a time attached to it makes it much harder to keep saying, “I’ll do it later.”
Marrying someone doesn’t mean you have to turn every family disagreement into a choice between two people:
1. Your partner and your parents can BOTH be important to you without being right in every situation.
2. Solve the actual problem instead of deciding who WINS
3. Before getting married, understand the family dynamics you’re stepping into and be honest about what could become difficult.
4. When conflict happens don’t make your partner feel alone just to keep everyone else happy.
5. Set boundaries, communicate privately and handle sensitive conversations with respect.
6. You don’t need to pick a side every time. You need to protect the relationship while fixing the problem.

Community Wins of August’26
Super proud of every member who trusted the process, stayed disciplined, and kept showing up even when it got hard.
Inflammation isn’t something you fix by adding one supplement to your routine. There are a few things that actually matter:
1. Sleep properly. Poor sleep can affect recovery, energy and overall health more than people realise.
2. Move regularly. You don’t need to train hard every day. Walking, strength training and staying active through the day all count.
3. Look at your diet as a whole. Your overall eating pattern matters more than one anti inflammatory food.
4. Don’t blindly add supplements. Omega 3, vitamin C, curcumin etc. can be useful in the right context, but they’re not a replacement for the basics.
5. Be consistent. You’re not going to lower inflammation because you followed a routine perfectly for 10 days. Your everyday habits matter more.
This is the kind of framework I’d focus on before worrying about the smaller details.
