AWS & CSWIP CERTIFIED WELDING INSPECTOR
Seabird Groups offers a comprehensive training course that scales to a new horizon of assuring aspirants to pass qualification exams for becoming an AWS / CSWIP Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)/Certified Welding Educator (CWE).
The CWI/CWE preparation course is an intensive preparation course that runs for Ten days, for a total of 120 instructional hours and can be taught at our facility.
The training session includes:
- Theory on welding inspection technology
- Code clinic to teach you how to efficiently navigate through AWS D1.1/ASME section IX code book and correctly interpret specifyingdocuments
- Workshop offering hands-on instruction in visual inspection and non-destructive testing
Our course instructors include Certified Weld Inspectors (SCWI and CWIs) who each have vast experience in welding inspection, experienced in Multinational projects and have also been involved teaching the CWI test preparation courses.
Seabird Groups can also schedule a date for those who must take their nine year renewal exam.
