Balagurunathan for being adjudged as the Outstanding Dancer in the recent 34th spirit of youth festival competitions by The Music Academy and receiving the Best dancer (second) - Gutty Vasu Memorial Prize endowed by the Srinivasa Prasad International Foundation. Heartfelt thanks to Smt. Brigha Bessel akka for teaching him with her excellent abhinaya knowledge and blessings..

It’s absolutely a memorable Vijayadasami day today. This dance class space has such rhythmical, musical and natya vibrations where great vidwans/vidhushis from great legends Smt M L Vasanthakumari amma, Smt. Mani Krishnaswami, Sri C V Chandrasekar, Smt Shantha Dhananjayan Bhagawatula Sri Seetharama sarma, Karaikudi Sri Krishnamurthi and many many more who had come and worked with our patti Guru Smt. Krishnaveni Lakshmanan.

Today, we had our last Vijayadasami pooja in this premises as the building is going to be reconstructed. Anyone who wishes to share their lovely thoughts and memories about this space, please share it here for all to read 🙏🏽
