🍲 *Keto Mushroom Soup with Spicy Prawns!* 🍤
Looking for a delicious and healthy keto-friendly recipe? Try our mouthwatering Mushroom Soup with Spicy Prawns! 😋 Here's what you'll need:
🍄 Ingredients👇
👉50g mushrooms
👉1 garlic clove
👉10g butter
👉5g corn flour
👉Coriander leaves (for garnish)
👉Salt and pepper (to taste)
👉200g prawns
👉10ml oil
👉Salt and chili powder (to taste)
👩🍳 *Instructions:*
1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
2. Mince the garlic clove.
3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
5. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
6. Sprinkle corn flour over the mushrooms and stir to combine.
7. Gradually add water or chicken broth while stirring.
8. Let the soup simmer until slightly thickened.
9. Season with salt and pepper.
10. Clean and devein the prawns.
11. In a separate pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
12. Add the prawns and season with salt and chili powder.
13. Cook until pink and opaque, flipping halfway through.
