Why We Run: It’s Never Just About the Miles 🏃♂️💨
When people look at someone waking up at 5:00 AM to lace up their running shoes, they often ask the same question: "Why do you do it?" To an outsider, running looks like punishment. It’s heavy breathing, burning lungs, sore muscles, and sweat. But to anyone who has ever stuck with it past the first difficult two weeks, running becomes something entirely different. It ceases to be just a workout. It becomes a mirror.

"Nature's challenges vs. Human potential." 🏔️🏃♂️
This week, we saw both extremes. On the tracks of London, we saw the barrier of "impossible" shattered as Sabastian Sawe clocked a 1:59:30 marathon—the first legal sub-2-hour time in history!
Meanwhile, on Mount Everest, climbers are showing the other side of the "Comfort Zone"—the discipline of waiting and adapting as guides navigate dangerous icefalls to keep the route safe.
Whether you're chasing speed or climbing peaks, remember: growth is rarely a straight line. It's about how you react when the road (or the mountain) changes.
Keep pushing! 👣✨

HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE! 🚨🏃♂️
Yesterday at the London Marathon, Sabastian Sawe officially shattered the 2-hour marathon barrier, clocking an unbelievable 1:59:30!
This isn't just a record—it’s the first-ever legal sub-2-hour marathon in competition history. To put that in perspective, that’s running 100 meters in under 17 seconds... for over 42 kilometers.
Seeing these limits pushed reminds me why we do what we do. Whether you are aiming for your first 5k, a marathon PB, or just a hike to the nearest peak, remember: No human is limited.
How fast could you run if you really pushed past your comfort zone? Let’s talk in the comments! 👇
