📌Read Caption 📍How to perform? ✅ Sit in Vajrasana and grasp the lower calves. ✅ While raising the butts inhale and slowly bend forward. ✅ Exhale and place the crown of the head on the floor in front of the knees. ✅ It is good to place small blanket under your head. ✅ Allowing the chin to press against the chest. ✅ Thighs are as vertical as comfortable.✅ Hold the breathe in the final position and remain 5 to 20 secs. ✅ Inhale and lower the buttocks .
