"Resistance training, distinct from aerobic exercise, brings clear benefits for skin health and combating skin aging. A study with sedentary, middle-aged women showed exciting results - improved skin elasticity and structure.

What's remarkable? Only resistance training thickened the dermis, the skin's inner layer, hinting at its dual impact on muscles and skin.

Additionally, resistance training boosted levels of biglycan, a vital protein aiding wound healing and skin resilience through collagen interaction.

In the bigger picture, skin aging often means a thinner dermis due to fewer fibroblasts producing collagen and elastin. Resistance training could be the answer, not just for muscles, bones, and brain, but also for preserving youthful skin.

✅Our noses are designed for breathing, and nasal breathing offers numerous health benefits.
