सुप्त कोनासन or the reclining angle pose is an advanced variation of हलासन or the plough pose. It benefits in several ways:

- improves spine health
- strengthen the abdominal muscles
- improves digestion
- tones the legs
- improves concentration
- stimulates thyroid glands

अंजनेय आसान or the low lunge is one of the aasans in सूर्य नमस्कार or the sun salutation.

It stretches the thighs and groins and opens the chest. It provides recovery post-workout, and boosts energy while consciously working to improve posture.
