"Completed two months of diet consultation with Natasha Bhardwaj] and this has been my experience so far.
1) I’m a lot more energetic throughout the day, so I’m able to do more tasks than I was able to, before.
2) I would no longer label myself as ‘addicted to sugar’. I feel I’m in control of what my body consumes. my processed sugar intake is almost nil and that’s such an achievement, I can’t even begin to describe.
3) Physically I have lost a lot of unnecessary bad fat around my waist, face and thighs.

This was without any exercise. The lazy bum in me also paid for the exercise routine in first month but couldn’t find the motivation to do it. However, now I’m highly motivated to introduce exercise too. And then post before-after pictures 😁

B'DAY CELEBRATION at !!

Last week , we saw how went about his meals on his bday...😄

Let's see how I did yesterday 😊
(Yes!! Our bdays are exactly a week apart😄😄)

We ordered yummy chicken wings, a Portion of ancho chilli salmon which came with grilled vegetables and a small bed of rice❣️

We also ordered fresh green portion of romaine lettuce 🥬 in which we ordered the dressing on the side.

Every dish came with its own set of dressing and keeping it on the side ensured that we ate only that much which was required by us and not the quantity which the chef wanted us to have 😂😂

Hence, we had a great amount of protein (majorly from the chicken and fish , carbs from the green salad and the veggies along with rice and fats from the dressing and the oils used to cook the meal)

How is this a good meal??

The meal has good portion of protein, carbs,fats and fibre. Try and balance your meals in such a manner that your macros are more or less met👍

Junk food is a highly processed food that is made up of ‘empty’ calories foods loaded with full of saturated fat, sugar and devoid of nutrients which neither helps the body to nurture, focus and perform vital functions all through the day. It includes packaged food products like chips, cookies, cakes, pastry, candy soda, ice-cream and a list of fast food items on the restaurant menus like pizza, pasta, burgers and French fries. Hence, it is called food made in a PLANT( factory)

When you consume a diet that is packed with natural fresh produce, it facilitates to lower the risk of several chronic disorders like cancer, obesity, cardiovascular problems, diabetes and many more. Furthermore, healthy foods are mostly low on calories and contain huge amounts of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and dietary fibre that are well-known for promoting total well-being.
