Good nutrition begins with awareness and small conversations can help build healthier choices.

Delhi Royals team recently visited a Swabhiman Centre, an initiative of Smile Foundation, to conduct a nutrition workshop for children and families. The session focused on simple, practical ways to understand the importance of a balanced diet and make better food choices.

The visit also included a fruit distribution, adding a practical element to the conversation around nutrition.

For us, the visit was an opportunity to engage with the community, listen, learn and contribute to an effort that places health and well-being at the centre of everyday life.
