Yoga should not be boring.

It should not feel like a list of poses to memorize or a ritual you force yourself through once a year.

Yoga is movement.

Most importantly, yoga is a tool to understand your body and mind better so you can use it in real life — when you run, when you lift, when you work, when you sit, when you breathe, and when life gets chaotic.

The goal isn’t to become a yogi overnight.

Most people think tight hamstrings need more stretching.

Usually, they need a better system.

Hamstrings often become “tight” because they’re doing work that should be shared by the glutes, hips, and core.

So before chasing flexibility, ask yourself:

✔️ Are your glutes activating?
✔️ Are your hamstrings strong?
✔️ Are you releasing the tissue properly?
✔️ Are you stretching after release?

Tightness is often your body’s way of asking for better function.

Activate.
Strengthen.
Release.
Stretch.

Fix the system.
Not just the sensation.
