Here’s my Back Day #2 where I focus on thickness and minor details that differentiates an average gym goer from a Pro Bodybuilder 💪🏻 . It’s all in the details.
Reverse grip latpulldown and bent over are staple in my back workouts as they are the real back builders imo.
Sure it changes from person to person but this is what has worked best for me and my clients and even greats like Dorian Yates, Mike Mentzer, Lee Labrada .
All exercises were only 1 working set to failure with 6-10 reps range and 1-3 minutes rest in between exercises, except for the first one. I did 2 sets of chin ups and 1 set of reverse lat pull down as warm up before getting to my working sets.
Update - Weight has dropped to 90kg. Energy is down. Strength is getting lower as I go deeper in the cut. Few more weeks of cut then I can jump to maintenance till show time and get shredded.
My competition is me first. I have to beat my previous form first, then and only then I will be ready to beat everyone else. Priority numero Uno is to get better, always!
