This is to warn about . They are selling absolutely footpath grade products and calling it silver jewelry, with hefty proce tag!. I bought a tennis bracelet which broke within 3 days of purchase , and I don't know how can silver (being a tough metal) just break in 2 halves. Will attach the pic. After much mailing and complains, (had to write a mail to Agarwal, (the COO) I was refunded the money.

Hence I thought it was a one time bad luck. And bought another evil eye mangalsutra wristlet from them. Within a week the evil eye enamel just came off!! And it was glued on with some gum like fevicol or something ! Just imagine, a daily wear product which people are supposed to wear even when handling water, has a glue pasted enamel evil eye 🧿!! Like no prongs, or engraved setting, but just pasted with glue...!!

This brand is advertised by , Anushka Sharma who , I don't think uses Giva products at all! And is most probably not aware of this scamming company. They advertise their products as silver but I don't think it's silver at all. Cos when I went to a genuine silver shop they tested the product and laughed, telling me that I have been duped!

Now after this 2nd incident, I again maled at their customer care ID. That was on 4th September! Today is 13th. For these 8 days they are unable to arrange for pick up of the defective damaged product and giving all sorts of excuses which is fed by their courier partner Xpressbees Shiprocket! The Durgapur Expressbees is run by some thief or a psycho who just gives missed calls but never shows up to pick up the product. And conveniently gives feedback "Customer unavailable/door locked" etc etc. And hence, is simply holding back the refund instead of giving tje pick up assig to some other courier service agency!

Now please guide me how to complain to the consumer forum against both Shiprocket 360 , and ! They are simply scamming people and are thieves !
