David Sikkim stuns Goliath Rajasthan

Sikkim senior men’s team stunned Rajasthan with a six-run victory in Vijay Hazare Trophy at Navi Mumbai today.

Rajasthan, featuring seasoned national players like Deepak Hooda, Rahul Chahar and Khaleel Ahmed, seemed poised to register their sixth win in seven group stage matches. Chasing 276 for a win, Rajasthan needed just 8 runs with three wickets in hand heading into the final over.

In an extraordinary turn of events, Sikkim won the match by 6 runs. Ankur Malik took three wickets conceding just one run in the final over to secure a memorable win for Sikkim.
