Here’s to the trend Posting pics from 2016
2016 → corporate + Pune days. Crisp sarees, sharp suits, meetings, calls, deadlines.
2026 → full-day sessions from home, pajamas, calmer mornings, a different kind of hustle.
So much has shifted in ten years — careers, priorities, pace, perspective.
Leaving the corporate world wasn’t an easy decision.
It was a leap filled with doubts, courage, and quiet faith. But somewhere along the way, I didn’t just change my work… I changed myself.
Some parts of me have evolved beautifully.
Some parts are still a work in progress.
And I’m okay with that.
Here’s to growth that doesn’t always look glamorous, but always feels honest. ✨

🌿 Today felt deeply affirming🌻
Post 1: A current trainee felt energized and well-stretched despite the winter chill.
Post 2: Hearing an ex-trainee say they haven’t found the same quality elsewhere felt deeply affirming ( she had to leave due to batch timing issues 🙃)
Post 3: A rejoiner returned after years and felt great reconnecting with the practice.
Different phases. Same trust. Same connection.
Grateful for the consistency, the relationships, and the quiet validation that the work truly matters. 🩵🤍🧡

Most of us begin our mornings by reaching for our phone — scrolling WhatsApp, Instagram, or the news🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️
But mornings are a blank canvas🪷🪷🪷
What you fill them with shapes your entire day💁♀️💁♀️
Instead of loud content and disturbing headlines, pause for a moment❌❌❌❌
Close your eyes. Think of five things you are grateful for — your health, your home, the warmth of your blanket, your family, your work, your friendships🩷🫶💜
We often chase what we don’t have and forget the abundance already around us.🌟🌟🌟
Gratitude gently shifts that lens🌼
Less complaining. More appreciation🤗
Start your day with intention. 🌿✅

You can’t convince people who are committed to misunderstand you. ignore detach and move on 🤫
🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻Focus only to what’s important for you leave the rest 🪷🪷🪷🪷
Not easy but that’s the only way out🌟🌟🌟🌟

We’re eating more… but getting nourished less.
Our food looks prettier than ever, yet carries half the nutrition our grandparents got.
So no — supplements aren’t “extra.”
They’re the replacement for what modern food forgot to give your body.
If your body is sending signals — fatigue, hair fall, low immunity, stubborn fat —
it’s not “age.”
It’s nutrient deficiency.
Fix the root, not the symptoms. 🌱✨
