It was a pleasure to talk on "Bone Health" in front of so many esteemed Doctors. Thank you .ahuja mam & "IMSCON" for inviting me & giving me this opportunity to present my views on this topic.
"120 for doubles."
Pulled 2.6 times of my body weight.
Struggling with the ankle sprain, still managed to do 120*4.
No point of being alive if you can't Deadlift.
"If the range isn't complete, the rep doesn't count"

Just to tell you guys that weight lifting is usually done by using lower body strength. Upper body is only used to catch the barbell over the head.
That's why it is called Clean & Jerk not clean & press or Over head lift not overhead shoulder press.
