A solid one hour yoga practice 3 times a week is great; however, keep in mind that a little yoga every day is ideal. If all you can spare is 20 minutes per day, it's always better than skipping your practice and then doing a long practice every once in a while. Practice this DAILY DOSE of 12 Basic Asanas Slow and controlled This video speed is X2 so 1. Practice slowly and mindfully 2. Learn the postures well through a certified Yoga Professional 3. Follow the breathing pattern 4. Repeat each pose 3 times 5. Remember to take a mini break between poses if you may need to. 6.
