Trying to bring out the limit that can be reached, observing a day of fast of approximately 15 hours, completely devoid of water as well.
An accordingly planned meal plan indeed is helping me to rehydrate my body and a combination of high glycemic index and load / low glycemic index and load is helping to restore the energy loss during the fast, to a commendable extent.

When something you study in theory and experience in practicality.. That is the moment your confidence boosts up manifold..
I studied that the calculated stress we put our body through, gets registered in the brain which is called hpa inhibition or Hypothalmo-Pituitary adrenal axis inhibition... And along with the brain the stress gets registered also in our muscles (muscle memory) and offcourse our joints..
Today I got the proof on myself..
Because my body was put through this type of stress time an again for almost 2 years, so, the stress level my body can handle got registered into my brain and thereby my joints and muscles..
And that is the reason, even after the absense of weight training for 5 months.. I am still able to life 100 kgs in the deadlift and 60 kgs in the bench press..
This is my own experience on myself..
In conclusion,
IT IS WHAT WE THINK, WE WORK FOR, IS WHAT WE BECOME. AND IT REMAINS WITH US, FOR US...

Fat loss and weight loss are two vastly different terms.. And in order to be fit and healthy we should focus on fat loss rather than weight loss..
REASONS:-
1. Losing fat and maintaining or increasing the muscle mass is a complex process which is carried out through proper exercise, diet, and rest. Whereas losing weight is simple, you just have to starve yourself. But beware of the consequences.
2. Fat loss in a natural way is the safest, it only gifts you with good health, whereas, if your focus is of losing weight then along with fat you will also lose a substantial amount of muscles which may result in various renal(kidney) issues..
3. When you focus on fat loss you will definitely have to have a good diet incorporated with optimal amount of macro and micronutrients. But when the focus is weight loss people tend to neglect these expects..
So, I am not going to go any deeper into it.. My advice is that you should focus on FAT LOSS rather than WEIGHT LOSS...

As I have said earlier you cannot have a good physique unless you are checking what and when you are eating. Exercise and good sleep will only work if you have a detailed diet plan in accordance with your BMR which is highly individualized.
Calorie deficit is a must to get lean but to have a good physique and gain muscle mass it is of utmost importance as to how you are manipulating the calories from the macronutrients(carbs, protein &fats) you are consuming.
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate):- BMR is the measure of the amount of calories our body burns while we are at rest. It differs from individual to individual.
For example:- You can imagine it as a car of which the ignition is on but it is still not acclerated. Although it is idle but it still burns fuel.

SPORTS NUTRITION can be described as the study and application of nutrition and diet in order to optimize anyone's athletic performance thereby improving their body composition.
It is of utmost importance because only working-out and resting for adequate amount of time will not do the wonders in absence of a proper and precise customized Meal Plan.
The quality and type of food you are putting into your body matters the most.
A more elaborate explanation for it I will cover in my next blog.
